The color of the wine is a light straw yellow. The bouquet surprises with aromas of citrus fruits such as lime and grapefruit, as well as notes of apple and a subtle mineral spiciness. A perfectly balanced acid-sweet structure unfolds on the palate, paired with a pleasant minerality and a long, clean finish.

This Dreissigacker Riesling is perfect as an aperitif or with light and fruity dishes such as sushi, sashimi or poultry dishes. The wine has a very good acidity and a pleasant minerality typical of this dry Riesling. An ideal companion for every occasion and for everyone who appreciates Riesling wines.

reissigacker is a family-run winery in the Palatinate region of Germany. It is located near the town of Deidesheim and is known for its quality wines, especially Riesling and Burgundy.
