The Drouhin Chablis Premier Cru Montmains is a high quality white wine from the Burgundian wine region Chablis in France. It is made from the autochthonous grape variety Chardonnay and matures in steel tanks for one to two years. The wine comes from the Premier Cru location of Montmain and is characterized by its complex aromas of green apples, citrus fruits, white flowers and mineral notes. On the palate it is clear and concentrated, with a nice minerality and a long, lingering finish. The Drouhin Chablis Premier Cru Montmains is an excellent accompaniment to fish dishes, seafood and light appetizers, but also to poultry and white meat. It is particularly good for storage and only gets better with age.
