The nose, with notes of toasted notes, coffee, vanilla and leather, evolves into aromas of very ripe black fruit. It is complex and expresses a beautiful variety of black fruit aromas. The mouth is rich and structured, perfectly balanced with well-developed tannins and good length.

The winery covers 65 hectares. The vines, with an average age of 45 years, are planted on clay-limestone slopes covered with stony gravel. All plots are managed using a sensible agricultural approach and are fertilized with natural organic materials. The wine ages in new French oak barrels for 18 months.
